Description

"Turning the envelope over, his hand trembling, Harry saw a purple wax seal bearing a coat of arms; a lion, an eagle, a badger and a snake surrounding a large letter 'H'."

Harry Potter has never even heard of Hogwarts when the letters start dropping on the doormat at number four, Privet Drive. Addressed in green ink on yellowish parchment with a purple seal, they are swiftly confiscated by his grisly aunt and uncle. Then, on Harry's eleventh birthday, a great beetle-eyed giant of a man called Rubeus Hagrid bursts in with some astonishing news: Harry Potter is a wizard, and he has a place at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. An incredible adventure is about to begin!

The enchanted version is like the regular book but the enhancements are more satisfying and magical! All the enhancements made it easier for me to understand what was going on! Spoiler Alert: It made me laugh when Dudley got the pig tail. I liked how Harry said “I’m going to have a lot of fun with Dudley this summer”

This was the best book I’ve ever read (which isn’t many), and I feel as if I was robbed of a childhood of reading. All I did growing up was play video games, and detested reading because it was “boring,” but this book was the complete opposite of boring! Rowling was blowing my mind left and right. Long story short: I saw the first 4 films in theaters and can say I thoroughly enjoyed the book more than the movie. Just finished the second and am about to buy the third!

This book, can be for all ages, and will go down as one of the most recognized books in the future. It was truly amazing and I wish there were more in the series. I literally recommend this book to anyone who is living and breathing.

This book opened up a whole other world for me and was so magical that when I finished it, I decided to try a little bit of magic myself. I just couldn’t get the word “Leviosa” right so that was the end of my magic career. My favorite character in this book was Hermione Granger. She is totally boss and is incredibly smart which shows that girls are just as great as boys are. I would recommend this book to all ages. Magic is for everyone to behold.
